- Checkin Time: 02:00 PM

- Early checkin or late checkout is chargeable by the resort.
- Primary guest must be 18 years+ to checkin in the resort.
- In case advance bookings are made against a token amount and are totally on good faith, with this understanding that the guests will pay the balance total amount at the time of checkin.
- In case of cancellation 100% retention would be charged.
- Maid and Driver Policy: As a courtesy to fellow guests, we do not allow domestic help and drivers to stay in the resort. The resort has no provision for them; however should you need alternative accommodation, we would be happy to assist.
- Any disputes arising will be subjected to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Kasauli, Distt. Solan. (H.P)
